Above you can see my simple print for a low profile Icom radio mic connector cover for Icom radios and other radios that use the round screw type GX16 aviator plug and socket like this one:
Some people never plug in the microphone as they may use only CW or data modes so their mic socket on the radio was getting dusty. So I modelled up a very simple cover and 3D printed it:
I will upload it to thingiverse.com/CADtenchy/designs etc but for now here are the STEP and STL files to download directly from me.
Use STEP if your slicer will use them as it has better resolution though I have created the STL as fine as my CAD software will export.
I printed mine with PETG using 0.12mm layer height and walls set to 4.
